For over 20 years, Lyn has lived and worked across Canada’s North, helping groups build healthy and engaged workplaces.
Lyn has a keen interest in understanding the complexity of what makes organizations “tick”.
She has worked with most of her clients over a long-term, developing a strong sense of understanding and trust. While most people are
unaware of the field of organizational development, Northerners know that they can count on Lyn to help them figure out workplace
