Organizational research = investigation into people’s perspectives and experience about what is really going on at a deeper level within a team, organization or system.
As a social researcher, Lyn specialize in qualitative research methodologies including focus groups, interviews and surveys. Her personal philosophy is strongly influenced by her academic and corporate client work in appreciative inquiry research. Appreciative inquiry is a type of action research that places an emphasis on doing more of what works as opposed to traditional problem solving which focuses on doing less of something we do not do well.
